Return Policy
Products Eligible for Return
A user may return any product during the time of delivery for the following reasons:
Product does not meet user's expectation
Found damaged during delivery
Have doubt about the product quality and quantity
Received in an unhealthy/unexpected condition
Is not satisfied with the packaging
Finds product unusable
Products NOT Eligible for Return
The following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:
Damages due to misuse of product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used/installed
Products with tampered seals/packaging
Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
Refund Policy
Service Failure Refund
Chutlo tries its best to serve the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone/text/email. If the service that Chutlo fails to complete requires any refund, it will be done maximum within 10 Days after our acknowledgement.
Refund Processing Scenarios
Refund requests will be processed under the following situations:
Unable to serve with any product
Customer returns any product from a paid order
Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched
Refund Methods
For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to Chutlo Balance of the customer. The balance can only be used to purchase at Chutlo.
Upon customer's request, Chutlo will transfer the refund amount to the user's original payment source within 10 days.
Note: Refund is only allowed for customers who have paid via bKash, card, or other electronic methods. For orders paid via Cash, refund will only be given through Chutlo Credits.
Important Notice
Please ensure you inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. Returns and refunds are subject to our verification process. We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy criteria. For any assistance or queries, please contact our customer support team.
