Account & Verification
Your phone number, used to sign in via SMS OTP and to receive order and account notifications. Business registration details such as trade license information, submitted to verify your shop is a legitimate business before it's approved to operate on Chutlo.
Shop & Product Information
Your shop's address and map location (so customers can find you and we can calculate delivery), and photos you upload of your shop, menu items, and products — captured via your device's camera or chosen from your photo gallery.
Payouts
Bank account or mobile financial service (e.g. bKash) details you provide, used solely to send you payouts for completed orders. This information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications for new orders and status updates so you can respond quickly — you can disable these at any time from your device settings.
